These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Osteo Gate mobile application and related services. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.
Osteo Gate is an educational platform that connects students and practitioners with verified teachers offering structured osteopathic video courses. Content on the platform is intended for educational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
To access most features of Osteo Gate, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
As a student, you may browse and purchase courses available on the platform. Access to a purchased course is granted to your individual account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Courses are available for the duration specified at the time of purchase, or on an ongoing basis where no expiry is indicated.
Some courses on Osteo Gate require payment. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount through our payment provider.
Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at osteogaitcourses@gmail.com.
Courses and lesson content are created and uploaded by independent teachers who have applied to and been approved by Osteo Gate. While we review teacher applications and moderate content, we do not independently verify the accuracy of every statement made in course materials. Teachers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and professional standards.
Osteo Gate reserves the right to remove or suspend any content that violates these terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Teachers must apply and be approved before publishing content. By submitting an application, teachers confirm that they hold the qualifications they claim and that their content does not infringe any third-party rights. Teachers grant Osteo Gate a licence to host, display, and distribute their content to users of the platform. This licence remains in effect for as long as the content is published on the platform.

All platform software, design, trademarks, and original content created by Osteo Gate are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorised copying, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. Teacher-uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the respective teacher, subject to the licence granted in Section 6.
Some features of the application require an active internet connection. We cannot be held responsible if the app does not function correctly due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted mobile data. If you use the application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms apply and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges if used outside your home country. You accept responsibility for any such charges. It is also your responsibility to keep your device charged — we cannot be held responsible if you lose access to the service due to a flat battery.
We may update the application from time to time. Continued use of the app may require you to accept updates. We do not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with every operating system version. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and you should delete it from your device.
Content on Osteo Gate is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical decisions.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osteo Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
