Is Osteo Gate free to use?

Downloading and browsing the app is free. Individual courses are available for purchase, with each course priced independently by the teacher. There is no subscription or hidden fee.

How do I purchase a course?

Open the app, browse or search for a course, then tap the course to view its details and price. Tap Purchase and follow the on-screen payment steps. Once payment is confirmed, the course is immediately available in your library.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at osteogaitcourses@gmail.com and we will review your case.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Can I access my courses on multiple devices?

Yes. Your purchased courses are tied to your account, so you can sign in on any device and access your full library. Courses are streamed and require an internet connection.

What languages are courses available in?

Courses are published by teachers in their native language. Where available, AI-dubbed versions in additional languages are provided. You can filter courses by language from the browse screen.

How do I become a teacher on Osteo Gate?

Teachers must apply and be approved before publishing content. To apply, contact us at osteogaitcourses@gmail.com with a brief description of your background and the topics you'd like to teach. We review all applications and aim to respond within 5 business days.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion and removal of your personal data, email us at osteogaitcourses@gmail.com with the subject line Account deletion request. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
